Description

This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. Any interested party should contact the below named for more information regarding this posting, all correspondence shall be received no later than 15 Sept 2008. The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA), Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for the creation of a New Generic Parsing Routine with SGF Interface. Classification Data: NAICS Code: 541511 FSC Code: 7030 Classification Code: 70 Description of item(s) to be acquired: Hill AFB requires the creation of a new generic parsing routine with SGF interface. The contractor shall be able to provide this service in accordance with the attached performance work statement. Line Item 0001-AA: Option 2 - Creation of New Generic Parsing Routine with SGF Interface. Dates and Place of Delivery: The requested service shall be delivered approximately 10 weeks ARO. Evaluation of Proposals: Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a request for information in response to this synopsis.
