- This is a notice of the intent of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center (MICC-Ctr), Fort Sam Houston TX, to negotiate an extension of services with the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation Services (DARS) for Full Food Services at Fort Sam Houston TX under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The performance period for the extension is a 3-month base period of 1 November 2008 through 31 January 2009, with a 3-month option period from 1 February - 30 April 2009, and six 1-month options through 31 October 2009, if required.
