- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION NUMBER SAQMMA-08-Q-0246 IS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION ONLY. 1. Is Offeror to provide CME?[Lane, Mirinda M] NO 2. How many program staff will attend?[Lane, Mirinda M] The total number of 115 includes program staff 3. Do you have a break-down of how many participants will need single vs. double rooms?[Lane, Mirinda M] currently all are single room requests 4. Will you be ending early on Friday, February 13, or will you need lunch and afternoon break?[Lane, Mirinda M] we will need lunch and the afternoon break for February 13 5. Is the lunch a ‘working’ lunch – will it be in the same room as the conference?[Lane, Mirinda M] no, we would like to have a separate room set up for lunch 6. Is the Conference Coordinator (Assefa Kidane) handling travel arrangements for participants (flights)?[Lane, Mirinda M] yes, he is handling all of the flight arrangements.
