Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service is issuing RFP # FMS-HQ-09-R-0001. A brand name requirement to provide Avaya Full Maintenance Service The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2006-26, Effective 12 Jun 2008.This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business NAICS code 811213 size standard $6.5million. The anticipated period of performance will be 5 years one (1) base year and four (4) one year option periods.The following is list of contract line items to include unit of issue and Quantity: 0001 Telephone System Maintenance Services 12 MO (as needed) provided by Avaya Inc.
