Description

Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order on a brand name basis. This is brand name requirement for proprietary reasons IAW attached Brand Name Letter where authorized sources may apply. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation number is F3Z3518212AC02. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26; Defense DCN 20080812. Air Force AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7020. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3663. This request for quotation consists of the following items on an all or none basis: Item 0001: Flash up grade for XTS-5000 radio to add T6749 Digital Smartnet with Q327BF ENH: up-grade smartnet to smartzone and Q361AM ENH: Astro Project 25 9600 Baud trunking. 75 Each. Item 0002: Flash up-grade for XTL-5000 radio to add T6998 digital smartnet with G347 ENH: smartzone up-grade and ENH: G361 Astro Project 25 9600 Baud trunking. 20 Each. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision.
