- A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT; ONE YEAR BASIC, NSN:4920-01-350-9131KR P/N: DAA7278G310-001 hereinafter referred to as CLIN 0001. NSN: 4920-01-350-9131KR P/N: DAA7278G310.001 hereinafter referred to as CLIN 0002. Noun: Fixture, Aircraft Maintenance. THIS IS A EXPORT CONTROL ITEM. Engineering Data List available through representative at Tinker AFB once solicitation is posted. If you intend to respond to this solicitation please contact Ms. Jill Hearn, (405) 739-5401 or Email: jill.hearn@tinker.af.mil. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable to: B-2 AIRCRAFT. Destinations: FE4625-CLIN 0001 and FE5240-CLIN 0002: CLIN 0001, two each (2): Delivery: 2 each; JUN 2009. CLIN 0002, two each (2): Delivery: 2 each; JUN 2009 The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 15 Aug 2008. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 19 September 2008. The anticipated award date will be 30 Sep 2008. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. NEW REQUIREMENT: Contractors must be registered in ORCA to be eligible for award. www.orca.bpn.gov and Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
