- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700108Q0239 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 12 June 2008. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside (Numbered Note #1). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561110, and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. CLIN #0001:EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT SERVICES FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) TO BE PERFORMED AT THE CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE (CHRO)-EAST, BLDG 33, CAMP LEJEUNE, NC 28542. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS 17 SEPTEMBER 2008 (OR DATE OF AWARD, WHICHEVER IS LATER) THROUGH 17 MARCH 2009. QUANTITY IS 1040 LABOR HOURS (LABOR HOURS DOES NOT INCLUDE OVERTIME HOURS). SEE STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHED. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT THEIR RESUME (2-3 PAGES) WITH THEIR QUOTE.
