Description
On June 17, 2008 public notification was made to announce a streamlined competition study of the data analysis/telecommunications function located in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) central office in Washington, DC. Upon commencement of the study, it was determined through detailed interviews that the position was inappropriate for competition. Pursuant to the OMB Circular A-76, notification is made by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/ACF that this study is cancelled, per approval by the Competitive Sourcing Official.
