- The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for one (1) Conference Room Audio Video Teleconference System (VTC) and (2) Media Presentation systems. The VTC System and 1 Media presentation are to be installed at Ft. Meade, South Dakota and 1 Media Presentation system in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The capabilities of the VTC System will include audio conferencing, video conferencing and media presentation. The Media Presentation Systems will allow for multiple media sources. Cost of the system is to include installation. Site visits are tentatively scheduled for 17Sept08 at 0900 MT on Ft. Meade and on 18Sept08 at 0900 in Sioux Falls, SD. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. **** Please coordinate with the POC below before finalizing any travel, starting 15Sept08. *** This is solicitation is a small business set-a-side. Request Offeror Pricing to be good for 60 days. Applicable SIC is 5731 and NAICS are 443112. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the Website, http://sdguard.ngb.army.mil and then by selecting Contracting. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at this website 15Sept08. Any Non-Site Visit Questions must be in writing and are due by 19Sept08.
