- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FARincorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080812. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 541519. This requirement is for Zantaz Inc. products. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Wright-Patterson Air Force Base intends to award toZantaz Inc., 5758 W. LAS Positas Blvd., Pleasonton CA 94599-8547, in contemplation of an approved sole source. Prices shallbe provided for the following CLINs listed below: Annual Maintenance Renewal: Introspect Support Ship to: ATTN: Karen Baumle, 823 AESG/DDA, 2275 D Street, Bldg16, Room 0101, Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433, FOB Destination. Net 30 PaymentTerms. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation tothe responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be mostadvantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award withoutdiscussions. The offeror is requested to provide Technical Capability, Price Proposal andPast Performance Information.The evaluation criteria is described below in descending order of importance.
