- SPECIAL NOTICE- Modification/Correction The purpose of this modification/notice is to correct the name of the company and contract number listed in previous notice. The National Institutes of Health, (NIH), intends to negotiate with LT Services, Inc, 2815 Hartland Road, Suite 300, Falls Church, VA 22043, on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 U.S.C. (c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. The NIH intends to modify the existing contract HHSN292200800080U to provide funds to extend the contract for a period of three months. This extension remains within the present scope of work. Buildings 1, 31A, 35,40 and 45 and the NIH Animal Center so there will not be a gap in service and to allow for a new contract to be award. It is imperative that the Government maintains a reliable source for these services. The closing date will be 15 days from the date of publication.
