- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT A FORMAL QUOTE UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. The 45th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for three modular class 100 clean rooms (134" W, 100" L, 84" H). Each clean room kit must fit inside an ISU 90KC transport container for deployment, and include a flow hood and two additional cleanroom tables, durable, non-outgassing polycarbonate wall panels and a plenum cap that will keep dirt and debris off the roof fan filter units. Mfg. Lasco Modular Cleanroom Wall System or equal. The requested delivery to Patrick Air Force Base, Florida will be approximately thirty (30) days after receipt of an order. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3448 with a business size of 500 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 332311. Solicitation No. FA2521-08-T-0338 is issued as a Request for Proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-5136), or attached to e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
