- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ V538638234EF0. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase brand name or equal on the following item(s) restricted 100% to Small Businesses: (6) EACH, HP Pavilion Laptop (Model DV2915NR) with salient characteristic: Enhanced Intel Centrino processor technology with interrelated intel core duo mobile processor T5550, intel pro/wireless 3945abg network connection and extended battery life capability. 3GB DDR2 memory for multitasking power; 667 MHZ frontside bous, 2MB L2 cache and 1.83GHz processor speed. Multiformat DVD RW/CD-RW drive with double layer support records up to 8.5GB of data or 4 hours of video using compatible media; also supports lightscribe direct-disc labels using compatible lightscribe media.
