- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina has a need for services which involves screening participants for mental health, PTSD, Substance Use disorders, Depression, Traumatic brain Injury and banking of a blood sample assessment of neurotransmitters and genetic markers of mental illness. Services are needed for a period of one year with four one year renewal option periods. The NAICS code for this requirement is 622110. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of the company/provide, number business size (large or small); identify whether or not he firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories 8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned; firms experience in providing Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) Extraction and Purification Services and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
