- RESPONSE NOTICE: DON NOT CONTACT POSTING AGENT DON ROSEBOROUGH. ALL RESPONSES MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL TO MATEO ARAGON, matarag@sandia.gov. PHONE CALLS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) in Albuquerque, NM has a need for Mechanical contractors for the purpose of supporting Sandia's construction, renovation and Operations and Maintenance program. Contractors shall, based on SNL provided documents and/or drawings, remove, replace, or install new mechanical and plumbing systems necessary to support operations in office, light laboratory, or support facilities. Fire protection suppression systems are not included in this contract. All fire protection sprinkler work will be managed either as a separate contract or as a subcontract to this contract. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Contractor and/or subcontractor performing the work must meet the following safety requirements: a. OSHA Incident Rate for general contractor as well as all subcontractors (known at time of RFQ) at or below the industry average of 7.2 for 2006. Any subcontractors that are proposed to be used during the contract execution must meet the criteria as well. b. Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of less than 1 for the previous three years starting in 2007 for general contractor as well as all subcontractors (known at the time of RFQ). Any subcontractors that are proposed to be used during the contract execution must meet the criteria as well. 2. Have a current, valid MM-98 license. 3. Should have minimum 10 years of experience in the commercial and industrial field acting as a Mechanical Contractor
