Description

As a result of site visit conducted on 10 September, 2008, this solicitation is amended to include a revised SOW and clarification of certain items within the SOW. The attached revised SOW has changed or revised sections indicated in red. In addition, the following web site is provided to assist prospective bidders in determining their obligations under the Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended. Web site is: www.dol.gov/esa/whd Note: Davis-Bacon and Related Act Regulations are primarily concerned with construction. This amendment does not require the extension of announcement closing date
