- Description
- DEA is seeking qualified sources for the project described below. Interested contractors shall reply VIA EMAIL by the posted closing time, including a capability statement. Analysis and Review of the DEA RADIA Infrastructure The Contractor will be responsible for an analysis and review of the DEA RADIA Infrastructure to develop an overall assessment of the DEA RADIA Infrastructure, define and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the DEA RADIA Infrastructure and review and identify if the DEA RADIA Infrastructure is operating correctly as designed. Installing and Configuring the most Current Version of HP RADIA Software The Contractor will be responsible for installing and configuring the most current version of the HP RADIA software on the servers within the Develop Integration Test (DIT) environment to test affects of changes in the software on the HP RADIA infrastructure and procedures. Develop a report summarizing the steps necessary to upgrade our PKG, PPT and Production environments to the newest version of HP RADIA. Installing, configuring and implementing the newest version of HP RADIA on servers within DIT, PKG, PPT and Production environments. Analysis and Review of Application Packaging Practices and Procedures The Contractor will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing existing Application Packaging practices and procedures to provide DEA with advanced Application Packaging knowledge transfer and techniques. The Contractor will be responsible for developing a report summarizing application packaging techniques designed to increased efficiency and effectiveness in packaging applications using RADIA. The Contractor will be responsible for working with RADIA Team to resolve any application packaging, management and deployment issues. The Contractor will be responsible for developing, configuring and implementing Best Practices for the application packaging and management processes on HP RADIA servers within DIT, PKG, PPT and Production environments. Performance and Tuning of the DIT, PKG, PPT and Production HP RADIA Environments The Contractor will be responsible for performance and tuning of DIT, PKG, PPT and Production environments, defining and identifying policies, procedures and processes that will improve our existing RADIA service delivery (security patches and applications to workstations and servers). The Contractor will be responsible for developing a report summarizing changes that can be made through fine tuning of HP RADIA. The Contractor should provide expertise to ensure that Patch Manager, Inventory Manager and Application Manager have been optimized for performance and that all best practices have been configured and implemented. Provide Activity/Progress Status Reports The Contractor shall submit Activity Reports weekly and Progress Status Reports monthly to the COTR. The Contractor's monthly status report shall incorporate metrics sufficient in scope to permit an objective assessment of Contractor performance relative to work accomplished, schedules, and expenditures.
