- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0001 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 15 Sep 2008. Contractor's must possess a Japanese business license or otherwise have authorization to perform services in Japan in accordance with DFARS 252.225.7042 Clause entitled "Authorization to Perform". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 493110. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. Inventory and Storage Services for the Combat Ready Storage Program (CRSP) in support of the III MEF by the Corrosion Rehabilitation Facility (CRF) located in Camp Kinser, Okinawa. This requirement is for organizational level combat ready storage services of government-owned vehicles, equipment and components for III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF), Okinawa Japan, This procurement constitutes Item 0001 and 0002 with two (2) option periods. CLIN 0001 (1001 and 2001): Monthly Basic Charge - Qty: 11 Months (CLIN 0001), 12 Months (CLIN 1001 and 2001). CLIN 0002 (1002 and 2002): Monthly Premium Fee - Qty: 1 Lot. The Government may make single award to the responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal.
