- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to establish well rounded aerobic, spinning, and yoga programs for Fiscal Year 2009. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall provide a minimum of three classes per day Monday thru Friday, and one class on Saturday for the Buckley AFB Fitness Center. The contract period of performance is from 1 October 2008 thru 30 September 2009. North American Industrial Classification System Code 611620 and a size standard of $6.5 Million. Numbered Note 1. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on approximately 16 September 2008, with an anticipated closing date of 24 September 2008. No paper copies will be issued. Contract Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation (AFFARS) clause 5352.201-9101 OMBUDSMAN fill-in; MAJCOM OMBUDSMEN, HQ AFSPC/A7K, 150 Vandenberg St., Suite 1105, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, 80914-4350, phone: 719-554-5250, fax: 719-554-5299, email: a7k.wf@afspc.af.mil. Funds are currently not available on this requirement, it is subject to FAR clause 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/) and will be required to submit their invoice via WAWF (See Internet Site: http://www.wawftraining.com). All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The anticipated contract award date is on or around 1 September 2008 with a performance start date of 1 October 2008. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
