- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference/solicitation number is F3Z4538168A001; solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense. DCN20080513. This acquisition will be a 100% Small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812990. The business size standard is $7 M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is Q518. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7389. This request for quotation consists of the following items: CLIN0001: Instructor for pregnancy/post-partum classes at the fitness center/HAWC. To provide services in one hour increments, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. - 9 p.m at Travis AFB, CA, 94535, as described in the attached Statement of Work. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial.
