- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a Sources Sought Request notice to assess availability and market to perform services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Sam Houston (MICC CTR-FSH) is conducting Market Research and desires input from the industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the Army to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please provide a brief Capabilities Narrative to include experience and years of experience; Small Business Affiliation; Company Name; Name and contact information of individual submitting the response; and any other pertinent information describing your ability to perform in accordance with the PWS.
