- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The purchase request number is F3MT188235A002 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. (v) This requirement consists of Three Line Items: 0001 : QuietOps Tactical Headset Color: coyote brown Mfr: Silynx or equal PN: SIN0001-01-AA Qty: 13 each 0002 : Finger PTT Mfr: Silynx or equal PN: PT0001-01 Qty: 8 each 0003 : Sordin Cable Mfr: Silynx or equal PN: CA0015-00 Qty: 13 each. (vi) Description: The purpose of this purchase is to supply the 17 th ASOS with tactical equipment. (vii) Delivery Date: 30-45 ADC. Place of Delivery: Ft Benning, GA 31905-5960. FBO Destination (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this solicitation. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Evaluation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 shall apply to the acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor certifies that it can meet period of performance by submitting a quotation. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application - ORCA - at http://orca.bpn.gov/.
