- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for one (1) Quad Cab 4X4 Utility Service Vehicle. This utility vehicle is to be used in emergency operations, capable of pulling a trailer and transporting communications equipment. This is a combined solicitation synopsis. Item descriptions, manufacture and reference information is provided for the requested service vehicle. The brand and model numbers listed are to identify vehicle class and minimum standard of quality only. Equipment items quoted must be better than or equal to the brand identified. Truck: Dodge RAM 5500 ST Chasis, Quad Cab, 4x4, 188.5 in WB Truck/ Van Body: Omaha Standard or Stahl. The pickup/truck will be 4 wheel drive capable and include a towing receiver hitch/package. Responses to this request for Quote (RFQ) must include brand, model/part numbers, pricing data, warranty information, and the standard specifications for the equipment. Be sure to attach any literature/drawings/pictures to your proposal that provides complete details regarding the system/components you are quoting. Include shipping in your quote, if you do not your quote may be determined not responsive. Government Evaluation for Award: The Government will evaluate all contractor proposals meeting the minimum vehicle class identified above. Evaluations will be performed by the Governments Technical Team and will be based on Technical and on Price related Factors. Technical factors are more important than Price related Factors. The proposal that best meets the Governments need will be selected. This solicitation is a small business set-a-side. Request Quote Pricing to be valid for 60 days, if not please identify how long you can hold pricing. If not Applicable SIC is 5012 and NAICS are 421110 and 423110.
