Department of Veterans Affairs; VA Boston Healthcare System, 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301, Surgical Service has a requirement to procure an Ophthalmology UBM Complete with CPU and Hi-Frequency Probe with Biometric Analyzer A-Scan Probe. It is required that the contractor meet the following requirements:Full Sulcus-to-Sulcus imaging,Water path probe,High resolution still image and live video capture, Fully network ready, Display Functions :Dual Calipers, Angle Measurement, Area Measurement, Area Zoom, Image Capture : JPG Photo Format, AVI Movie Format Image Storage : 80 GB IDE Hard Drive, DVD / CD-RW Drive A-Scan Features: Live A-Scan Display, Permanent storage of 35 scans, Manual gain control: 90 dB, Six different exam modes, Six different IOL formulas, Immersion capabilities, Clinical accuracy 0.1 mm, Auto/Manual Mode Delivery Instructions: Delivery of equipment is at Department of Veterans Affairs, Jamaica Plain Campus, 150 South Huntington Street, Boston MA., 8th floor, Ophthalmology A fixed price contract is anticipated and will be awarded. The NAICS code for the procurement is 339115 with a standard size in number of employees is 500. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited. All concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide an Ophthalmology UBM Complete with CPU and Hi-Frequency Probe with Biometric Analyzer A-Scan Probe, brand name or equal, must request a solicitation. All request for this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Contractor Kimberly Perkins at Kimberly.Perkins3@va.gov no later than September 22, 2008.
