- The Joint Contracting Command -Iraq, Mission Support Division intends to solicit, negotiate and award a requirement for security services at FOB Shield in Baghdad, Iraq. The NAICS code is 561612. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, management and supplies for the following security services for the client, U.S. Government (USG) with Personal Security Transportation Services of Law and Order Task Force (LAOTF), CJ 1/4/8/, MOI-TT, other U.S. and Coalition Forces, TCN and Iraqi personnel, which may include transportation of dignitaries and prisoners, and equipment while traveling to/while at/from FOB Shield to Rusafa prison, the courthouse, and various locations in Iraq to support its mission. The anticipated contract performance period will be 30 November 2008 through 31 Dec 2008 for the mobilization period. Mobilization period will be followed by a base year starting 1 January 2009 through 31 Dec 2009, with three (3) twelve month option periods, if exercised. This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition. The proposed solicitation number is W91GY0-08-R-0076. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 25 September 2008, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Submit all questions electronically, NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
