Description

DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Opnet Technologies, Inc.,7255 Woodmont Ave., Bethesda, MD 20814-7900. This acquisition is for Software Licenses and Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is date of award through 1 year. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1028-08-T-0201 available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.
