Description

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) uses an electronic document tracking system for executive correspondence, called ccmMercury. This software is in use for correspondence across ED Headquarters in 20 of 21 principal offices. The Department is licensed for 167 users of the software. The software provides a mechanism to track the status of incoming mail to the Secretary of Education and other Department officials, as well as track internal documents. The Department has a requirement to upgrade the ccmMerury software to a version that supports Microsoft Vista. WorkDynamics, 620 Herndon Parkway, Suite 200 #49, Herndon VA 20170-5400 is the original software developer and as such, is the only known source to fulfill this requirement. Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions setforth in the attached Requested for Proposal ED-08-R-0112.
