Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Funds are NOT presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 September 2008. The solicitation number is 080006 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 611420 and the size standard is less than $7.0 MIL. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 12 Jun 2008. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The acquisition is a firm fixed priced purchase order in support of the Montana Army National Guards J-6. The J-6 requires Vista and Microsoft Office 2007 Training. The administrator training will take place in September. The actual end-user training will begin in November/December. Specific dates are to be determined by the MTNG. Email the undersigned for a copy of the statement of work for the full requirement J-6 is very specific on the requirement needed. All Instructors must be Microsoft certified. All interested parties shall provide a bio on the instructors and if asked, proof of Microsoft Certification. The provision of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2004) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3, the clause needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (Jan 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. Past performance and technical capability, when combined, are significantly more important when compared to price or cost. Vendors are requested to submit past performance information to include persons of contact on their last two contracts for similar products.
