- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting subscription services for a contractor’s existing on-line system that allows appraisers to access complete Assessor’s Property information for the following counties: Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura. The services must be available for at least five appraisers with 24 hour accessibility. The property information must include at a minimum the following information: Search by Assessor parcel identification numbers; search by addresses; search by ownership; property sales history, unlimited historic/transaction data; accessed values; real estate taxes; lot sizes; improvement information, detailed for single family residences and limited information for other types of properties; property characteristics; parcel maps; location maps; FEMA designated Flood Zone to include panel # and map date; comparable data for homes limited to year 2000 and beyond; foreclosure activity; document images and map search with virtual neighborhood. The term of this subscription service is to be for a base year with 4 one-year options. HUD is soliciting the service on an unrestricted basis (i.e. all business types). This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. No other Notices will be issued. Interested parties must respond no later than 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time on September 19, 2008. HUD is issuing an Amendment to the Solicitation to answer questions received for the Solicitation. Quote receive date remains unchanged at September 19, 2008 by 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time.
