Title: Mobile Medical Clinic NAICS Code: 33621 Product Code: 4240 PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under FAR Part 13.3 Simplified Acquisition Methods (or FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items), and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. Quotes are being requested and this announcement constitutes the solicitation request. This requirement is being issued by James A. Haley Veterans Hospital under the Department of Veterans Affairs. James A. Haley Veterans Hospital Procurement will handle the solicitation and resultant contract administration as well as payment of invoices. The successful contractor will be required to complete electronic banking information for electronic payments, and must be registered in CCR - www.ccr.gov. DELIVERY DATE - APPROXIMATELY 150 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER SPECIFICATIONS - FLOOR PLAN TO BE DETERMINED BY CUSTOMER AND PENDING FINAL ENGINEERING APPROVAL BY CONTRACTOR. Price Quotes shall include the following: Submit a total price including shipping. Submit a price for conducting one time training. The training will be an optional clin to be exercised at the discretion of the government. Technical Quote shall include the following: Description of the contractors product and how well it meets or exceeds the government requirement described in the General Specifications listed above. Contractors illustrations, catalogues, manufacturing information, other product literature, and web-site information will be accepted. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Type of Delivery: All deliveries under this contract will be FBO Destination.
