Description

The 341st Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, MT intends to award contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for a D-21 Map Based Central Receiving Station, which is under GSA contract GS-07F-0422K. All parts and components related to the system are listed on Monaco's GSA Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The items included in the D-21 system are integral parts of Monaco Enterprises, Inc. and cannot be purchased seperately from an independent entity. A complete Justification and Approval document citing rationale behind this action is attached.
