- FILM DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION: NAIC: 512110. The National Park Service is seeking proposals for interpretive film development and production services for Pipe Spring National Monument. The successful contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel and other items necessary to perform this work as described in the solicitation. The performance period is expected to be 12 months. The solicitation issue date is estimated to be October 8, 2008. Project Description: This project will result in complete development and production of audio-visual/film produts interpreting Pipe Spring National Monument. Project intent: the Contractor shall be expected to coordinate with NPS, interviewees, and stock photographic and image sources to prepare compelling film products. Scope of Work: The scope of work for this contract requires the Contractor to be a full service film development and production company. The Contractor will furnish the necessary personnel, facilities, services, materials, travel, and supplies (except as otherwise specified) to complete all development and production. The Government may provide some stock imagery - both photographic and film video; the Government will provide assistance with sourcing photographs, artifacts, and objects. Estimated Costs Fabrication (including shipping & installation) between $100,000 and $150,000. Evaluation Criteria Offeror's responsibility. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure completeness of their proposal. The evaluation panel for the Government may evaluate solely on information provided in the proposal and will not assume that an offeror possesses any capability unless specified in the proposal. This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about October 8, 2008. In order to download the solicitation, interested vendors must register at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. It is mandatory that all contractors register in the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Responses from offerors will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation in hard copy until the due date and time specified in the Solicitation, with the manual signature of the authorized company official.
