Description
PR No: IQC08206009006; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Sheild, Heat, Non Aircraft Gas Turbine used on a EH-60A,HH-60L,MH-60K,UH-60A & SH-60B Helicopter. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. Configuration Control Applies. Export Control Applies. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 2835-01-120-0213 Drawing # 70303-03023 Rev "M" Item is full and open competition. AEQ = 54 and Maximum AEQ =81. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 135 days After First Article Approval. First Article testing applies. Surge requirement apply. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Mylar is required. Mailing address is Defense Supply Center Richmond-Attn: DSCR-VABA, Richmond, VA 23297-5615; Fax 804-279-5001; phone 804-279-3751. Please provide certification number with request. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from the Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about October 10, 2008. The anticipated award date is March 30, 2009. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
