Description

The 56th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a contract for Paint Booth Maintenance at Luke AFB, AZ. Contractor is to provide a service program for maintaining the aircraft paint spray booths located at building 922, Equipment Maintenance Squadron's Corrosion Control, to include facility supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to inspect, service, and maintain 2 JBI aircraft Paint Spray Booths and associated equipment at Luke AFB, AZ. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with a basic period of performance of one year starting 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 with 4 one-year option periods. This acquisition is setaside for eligible 8(a) concerns on a competitive basis in the Southwestern United States that have a NAICS code of 811310. The solicitation package will be available on or about 20 August 2008. The solicitation package will be located at www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation from the website and checking the site for current information, to include amendments. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) and the On-line Representations & Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov/) prior to award.
