- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912NR-08-T-0042 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. This solicitation is Set Aside for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333298 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This request is for one Hydraulic Cylinder Servicer Model # HCS-40 with the following accessories; Low Torque Monitor (Item # 980), Telescopic Drip Pans (Item # 19516), 1 Square Drive Socket Adapter (Item # 915), HSC-40 Training DVD (DVD). This request is for the NCS-40 or like item. Like item must meet same size dimensions and capabilities in order to fit in shop and for compatibility with existing equipment. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and have an Active Registration prior to receiving an award for this solicitation or for any future awards.
