- This solicitation, SPM4A6-08-R-0686 is being modified to change the issue and closing date. New issue date is September 22, 2008 with a closing date of October 22, 2008. All terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation number, SPM4A6-08-R-0686, IQC08107009083, Stock Number, 5365-01-136-0823, Spacer, Bearing. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Critical Item Application and Configuration Control is applicable. There is no surge or sustainment required for the item. Approved sources of Supply are CM Manufacturing, Cage 6Z056, Part number 74A450790-2001 McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Cage 76301, Part number 74A450790-2001 and T M W Corporation, Cage 9K006, Part number 74A450790-2001. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 120 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 30 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 120 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 30 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 120 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 240 each. The Requested delivery is 112 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
