- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27, DFARS: DCN 20080915 Edition. This procurement is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 443112 and small business size standard $9.0 million. CLIN 0004 (1 each) 5' X 63' SuperNova Infiniti Projection Screen (1mm seam), virtually seamless 60" high by approximately 63' wide screen Supernova Infinity fixed wall mounted continuous screen. The screen needs to be designed to minimize reflection from off axis light which is superior to the existing wall mounted Screens. Mfg: RPV Model: RPS-SNP-INF-7590-FR2 or Equal CLIN 0005 (1 each) 5' X 24' SuperNova Infiniti Projection Screen (1mm seam) virtually seamless 60" high by approximately 63' wide screen Supernova Infinity fixed wall mounted continuous screen. The screen needs to be designed to minimize reflection from off axis light which is superior to the existing wall mounted Screens. Mfg: RPV Model: RPS-SNP-INF-4850-FR2 or Equal <Added> CLIN 0006 ( 8 each) 6 Axis Projector Mount with Card cage. MFG: RPV Model: HW6 or equal Required delivery date is NLT Thursday, 16 Oct 2008, 4 p.m. PST. FOB Destination is required to Bldg 8401, Vandenberg AFB CA, 93437 (a)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
