- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-08-Q-0736 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-18. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 335129 and small business size standard of 500 employees. Description: 1) HBM 320 High intensity military airport beacon class 1 120V 60 HZ. QTY: 1 EA. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 437th Aerial Port Squadron C/O Export Services 113 S. Bates St. Charleston AFB, SC 29404 and please include an estimated delivery date ARO.
