Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned. The NAICS Code is 561730, Size Standard $6.5 Million. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition Number F2K4AA8172AG04 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 effective 17 September 2008. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award One Base Year and Four One-Year Option periods for a total of five contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001 – Base Year - Grounds Maintenance – Period of Performance 30 Sep 08 thru 29 Sep 09. In Accordance with Statement of Work, dated 12 Sep 08 and 377 MDG Property Grid. CLIN 1001 – Option Year I - Grounds Maintenance – Period of Performance 30 Sep 09 thru 29 Sep 10. In Accordance with Statement of Work, dated 12 Sep 08 and 377 MDG Property Grid. CLIN 2001 – Option Year II - Grounds Maintenance – Period of Performance 30 Sep 10 thru 29 Sep 11. In Accordance with Statement of Work, dated 12 Sep 08 and 377 MDG Property Grid. CLIN 3001 – Option Year III - Grounds Maintenance – Period of Performance 30 Sep 11 thru 29 Sep 12. In Accordance with Statement of Work, dated 12 Sep 08 and 377 MDG Property Grid. CLIN 4001 – Option year IV - Grounds Maintenance – Period of Performance 30 Sep 12 thru 29 Sep 13.
