Description

Background: The Special Agent in Charge, Houston Money Laundering Initiative (HMLI) is implementing an Internet Protocol (IP) surveillance camera system to support ongoing criminal investigations. This system will consist of deployed surveillance cameras linked to a central server through the Internet. The server will be housed at the HMLI offices located on the second floor at 15311 West Vantage Parkway, Houston, Texas. Successful implementation of this IP camera system will require forty-five (45) megabytes per second of Internet bandwidth. This procurement has the following requirements: Forty-Five (45) Mbps high speed Internet access over a wide area Ethernet network needs to be provisioned at the HMLI site at 15311 West Vantage Pkwy., 2nd Floor, Houston, Texas 77032. The HMLI requires a turnkey installation of service and an assigned IP address. The vendor shall provide DNS at no additional cost. Period of Performance: Service shall commence within Sixty (60) days of an executed service order for a term of Twenty-Four (24) full calendar months
