- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3G1HB8242A002is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS for this solicitation is 423490. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 100 employees. This is a commercial request for Interactive Classroom Learning Tool. To furnish all labor, tools, parts, material transportation, and facilities to acquire: it is an interactive response system that provides the tools to have students interact by using wireless response devices. Salient characteristics are as follows: CLIN 0001: Large Lecture Set Smartroom: Learning Solution # 02-100 1 instructor remote 2 IR receivers 1 software CD 3 custom cases 100 student remotes CLIN 0002: Base Set: Learning Solution # 02-30 1 instructor remote 1 IR receivers 1 software CD 1 custom cases 20 student remotes Items numbers are off of Smartroom Learning Solution. For all CLINS PLEASE INCLUDE DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE, AND/OR COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS IF PROVIDING AN "OR EQUAL." Also provide part number and manufacturer of quoted items. Also include part number and manufacturer. The system cannot be wired. Training is not required. The hardware for the set will be instructor remote, student remote, IR reciever and software(plan to run it on a labtop for mobility). For all CLINS PLEASE INCLUDE DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE, AND/OR COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS IF PROVIDING AN "OR EQUAL." Also provide Part number and manufacturer of quoted items.
