Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 511210, Size Standard $2.5M employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD7339A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-2 effective 12 June 2008 The Government intends to award the following line item: (CLIN 0001) Perpetual NE Software Maintenance for 12 months SEE ATTAHCMENT FOR DETAILS The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered.
