Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requires meeting/conference space in support of the NRC’s Office of New Reactor’s Effective Supply Chain Oversight and Nuclear Power Plant Construction training conference to be held December 10-11 from 7 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. for approximately 500 individuals. The conference center shall be within two (2) driving miles from the NRC Headquarters located at 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 (Note: MapQuest will be used to determine vendor’s accuracy). The conference center shall be within walking distance (no more than one [1] mile) from a Metro station. One (1) large meeting room is needed to accommodate 500 individuals on December 10, 2008 from 7:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. The meeting room shall be setup in theater style seating with a podium in the front. Four (4) breakout rooms are needed to accommodate approximately 125 individuals each on December 11, 2008 from 7:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. The breakout rooms shall be setup in classroom style seating. Additional audio-visual requirements can be found in the full solicitation.
