- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4538261A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. The business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7030. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7372. Travis AFB intends to award a brand name purchase order for the following line items: 0001: 100 EA Licenses of ERSuite 6.0 0002: 100 EA Licenses of Epocrates Essentials 0003: 1 EA Device site license which will come in one purchase of 100 0004: 100 EA Licenses of UpToDate Software. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please include shipping and handling in your order. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
