- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial items: 3ea. MAXSea Marine Software NAVNET Explorer 3ea. Maxsea Navnet Explorer Data Cables P/N 000-117-603 3ea. Furno Digital Black Box Fish Finder for NAVnet2 systems (P/N DFF1). Enhanced Version to allow full NAVnet Control at Rear Station. 3ea. 4 Port Hub p/n EN104TP 6ea. Hub adaptor.5M P/N 000-144-463 3ea. NAVnet Cable 10M P/N 000-144-423 3ea. NMEA NAVnet Data Cable P/N 000-144-418 3ea 4PDT Transducer Switch 48HR. Labor to install software, data cables, black box, hub adaptor, and transducer switch for new NAVnet MAX SEA system. Installer MUST be authorized Furno dealer. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334511 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: 750 employees. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17 and Defense Change Notice 20031001. FOB: Destination for delivery to AF Tennat Locations. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
