- A sole source procurement is contemplated with ProForce Integrated Solutions, LLC, 3902 SW Saint Lucie Lane, Palm City, FL. 34990. AFRL/RWMI desires to purchase Feature Computer Aided Machining (CAM) software. Feature CAM is proprietary software that can only be acquired from limited distributors and ProForce is the only distributor for this software in the region. However, all interested parties may submit statements of capability (SOC), which will be considered if received by noon central time zone within 6 days of publication of this notice (29 Sep 08). Submit to: Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RWK), Attn: Michel Rivera, 101 W. Eglin Blvd. Ste. 337, Eglin AFB FL 32542. Please refer technical questions to Mr. Robert Hammack, 850-882-5076 and business questions to Michael Rivera, 850-883-2681. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns of offeror or potential offerors. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program manager or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and all recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or the source selection process. Matters of routine or administrative nature concerning this acquisition should not be addressed to the Ombudsman, but rather to the contracting points of contact identified above.
