- NSN 8120-01-360-1873, Cylinder, Compressed Gas, Argon – Oil Free I/A/W Part Number (P/N) HC6000. Unit of issue is 1 each (EA). QPL applies to the purchase of the valve. A Request for Proposal will be issued for a Definite Quantity Contract on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition, FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required quantity is 400 EA with a 100% option provision. Required delivery is 30 days ARO to Richmond, VA 23297. The estimated solicitation issue date is 16 October 2008 and the estimated closing date is 17 November 2008.
