- SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The Air Force intends to make an award on a sole-source basis for the following service: The contractor shall provide all instruments, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, labor, materials, initial on-site training and other incidentals necessary to provide cost per test/cost per reportable result, Access 2 Immunoassy Analyzer, in testing hormones, thyroid and infectious disease markers. The proposed period of performance is 01OCT08 through 30SEP09. In accordance with teh Federal Acquisition Regulation Availability of Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 30SEP08. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive an award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621511 with a size standard of $13.5 MIL.
