- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The purchase request number is F3M3SV8204AG03 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 442299 and the small business size standard is $7 million. (v) This requirement consists of Five Line Items: 0001 : Blinds, aluminum, width: 1", length: 74", color: beige QTY: 33 each. 0002 : Installation of blinds QTY: 1 each. 0003 : Reupholster booths, vinyl on seats, color: crypton on back QTY: 42 each. 0004 : Reupholster cornices, color: to be coordinated with contractor QTY: 22 each. 0005 : Sheer curtains, color: white, measurements (LxW): 22 x 34 (qty 7) windows, 47 x 26 (qty 4) windows, 50 x 35 (qty 1) window, 43 x 41 (qty 1) window, 37 x 43 (qty 2) windows, 35 x 76 (qty 4) windows, 42 x 28 (qty 2) windows, 47 x 35 (qty 1) window, TOTAL QTY: 22 each (vi) Description: The purpose of this purchase is to provide the Kitty Hawk Dining facility with window treatments and reupholstered booths. (vii) Period of Performance: 15 OCT 08 - 15 NOV 08. Place of Performance: Pope AFB, NC 28308. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this solicitation. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Evaluation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 shall apply to the acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor certifies that it can meet period of performance by submitting a quotation. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application - ORCA - at http://orca.bpn.gov/.
