Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Oceanic Imaging Consultants, Inc., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for annual renewal of Geodas Cleansweep software support subscription. The anticipated contract value is $26,341.00. This action is unrestricted and will be conducted orally n accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The resulting purchase order will be firm, fixed price. The applicable NAICS is 511210 with a business size of $23.0M. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
